the staff were very helpful
i was quite disappointed by the lack of a fridge in the room it seemed like a basic amenity was missing also there were only two small bottles of water provided upon arrival and they were never replenished i think for a hotel of this supposed standard these are things that should be addressed

Underwhelming Experience

The hotel's location proved convenient for exploring the city center.
The Observatory was a true let down. We waited longer than expected for drinks and the charcuterie board for two was expensive. It did not provide enough food for two people.
